At Rehabilified™, all our products and services are educational in nature and delivered digitally or in person.
We do not ship any physical goods.
This policy explains how access and materials are provided for our online courses and offline workshops.

1. Online Courses and Lectures

• Upon successful payment, participants will receive course access links and study materials via email or WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours.
• Recorded sessions and downloadable materials are shared through Google Drive or other secure links.
• E-certificates are issued within 48–72 hours of course completion.
• In case of delayed delivery due to technical issues, participants can contact our support team for immediate assistance.

2. Offline Workshops

• Confirmation details (venue, date, and schedule) are sent to registered participants via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of registration.
• On the workshop day, all materials (study notes, transcripts, kits, etc.) are provided at the venue.
• Physical certificates (if applicable) are handed out at the end of the session.
• Meals and inclusions mentioned during registration (breakfast, lunch, high tea) are provided at the workshop venue.

3. Delays or Non-Delivery

• In case you do not receive your course link or confirmation within the stated timeframe, please contact our support immediately.
• We will ensure your access or event confirmation is delivered promptly without any additional cost.
