At Rehabilified™, we value your trust and are committed to ensuring a transparent and fair refund process for all our students and participants.
This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for both offline workshops and online lectures/courses.
1. General Terms
- All refund requests must be made by email to rehabilified.com@rehabilified.com or via WhatsApp at +91 73039 95608.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Rehabilified reserves the right to verify participant details before processing any refund.
- Refund eligibility may vary depending on the program type (offline or online).
2. Offline Workshops (In-Person Events)
- Cancellations made by participants are eligible for a 50% refund of the total fee.
- Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the workshop date.
- No refund will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 72 hours of the event).
- If the workshop is cancelled by Rehabilified due to unforeseen reasons (venue issues, trainer unavailability, etc.), participants will receive a 100% refund or may opt to transfer to another event.
3. Online Lectures & Pre-Recorded Courses
- All online courses and live lectures are eligible for a 100% refund if cancelled before access links or materials are shared.
- Once a participant has accessed or downloaded course content, the fee becomes non-refundable.
- In the rare event of a technical issue or duplicate payment, full refunds will be processed after verification.
4. Transfer Policy
- Participants may request to transfer their registration to another workshop or course of equal value, subject to seat availability and approval by Rehabilified.
- Transfer requests should be made before the event start date.
