1. Introduction

Rehabilified™ provides physiotherapy-related workshops, online lectures, and certified courses.
These terms apply to all users, including students, healthcare professionals, and visitors to our website.
By continuing to use our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Registration and Enrollment

To access our workshops or online courses, you must register with accurate personal and contact information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and any course access links.
Rehabilified reserves the right to cancel or deny registrations that contain false or misleading details.

3. Payments

All payments for courses and workshops are processed securely through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive registration details, confirmation, and access information via email or WhatsApp.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy available on the website.
Generally, fees are non-refundable once course access or workshop materials are provided, except in cases of event cancellation by Rehabilified.
Participants unable to attend a workshop may request transfer to another batch (subject to seat availability).

5. Course and Workshop Access

For online programs, you will receive access to recorded or live sessions through the email ID provided at registration.
Access links and materials are strictly non-transferable and cannot be shared or sold.
Offline workshop attendees must report on time and adhere to the event’s professional code of conduct.

6. Certificates and Credit Hours

Certificates are issued only after completion of the course or attendance at the workshop.
All programs are CPD-approved (Provider #785554) and credit hours are specified on the certificate.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by Rehabilified—including videos, slides, transcripts, and notes—remains the intellectual property of Rehabilified™ and the respective instructors.
Reproduction, redistribution, recording, or resale of our materials is strictly prohibited without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rehabilified™ strives to provide accurate, evidence-based training; however, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the misuse or misapplication of information shared during our sessions.
Participants are responsible for applying knowledge within their professional and institutional scope of practice.

9. Modification or Cancellation of Events

Rehabilified reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any workshop or course due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor unavailability, venue issues, or low enrollment.
In such cases, participants will be notified and offered alternate options or a full refund.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal data collected during registration or course participation is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
By enrolling, you consent to receiving communication related to your course, certificates, or upcoming events via email or WhatsApp.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
